Judge Robert C. Cosgrove
John C. Witt, 33, of 113-1/2 Main St., Oxford, was charged with possession of marijuana. The charge was dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.
Mario R. Criasia Jr., 49, of 58 Meade St., Milford, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of one year and eight months to two and a half years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to burning a building and burning personal property. He was placed on probation for five years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to undergo drug, alcohol, and mental health evaluations with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests and to have no direct or indirect contact with the victims.

Lakeisha Johnson, 30, of 246 Vernon St., Worcester, charged with larceny over $250 by a single scheme, continued without a finding for one year, ordered to remain drug-free, to undergo a drug evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, and to pay $7,933 restitution.

Patrick M. Murray, 43, of 40 Plantation St., Worcester, charged with being an unlicensed home improvement contractor, continued without a finding for six months, ordered to pay $4,000 restitution, $50 victim witness fee.
Antoinette Gueits, 22, of 6 Henry Terrace, Worcester, charged with assault and battery, continued without a plea or finding and placed on pretrial probation for three months, ordered to have no contact with the victim.

Christopher D. Taylor, 33, of 116 June St., Worcester, charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and receiving stolen property over $250, dismissed upon payment of $194 restitution.

Edwin Gonzalez, 49, of 46 Everard St., Worcester, charged with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon (steak knives), two counts of assault and battery, and intimidation of a witness, dismissed without prejudice.
