Weverton L. Demorais, 31, of 16 Breck St., Worcester, charged with assault with intent to murder and intimidation of a witness, no probable cause found.

Jose M. Romero, 27, of Hartford, charged with possession of a firearm without a firearm ID card and carrying a firearm without a license, sentenced to two concurrent terms of nine months in the House of Correction.
