Mercy I. Encarnacion, 30, of 18 Windsor St., Worcester, was sentenced to two and a half years in the House of Correction, with six months to be served in Framingham state prison, after pleading guilty to making a false motor vehicle insurance claim. The balance of the sentence was suspended for five years with probation. She was sentenced to five concurrent terms of two and a half years in the House of Correction, with six months to be served, after pleading guilty to making a false motor vehicle insurance claim and four counts of conspiracy. The balance of the sentence was suspended for five years with probation. As conditions of probation, she was ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to four random drug tests, and to seek and maintain employment.

Damaris V. Matos, 40, of 42 Lewis St., Worcester, was sentenced to six concurrent terms of two and a half years in the House of Correction, with six months to be served in Framingham state prison, after pleading guilty to two counts of making a false motor vehicle insurance claim and four counts of conspiracy. The sentence is to run concurrent with any other sentences now being served. The balance of the sentence was suspended for five years with probation. As conditions of probation, she was ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, and to seek and maintain employment.
