Flattery, 46, of 15 Papineau St., Worcester, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent (third offense), sentenced to two years in the House of Correction, with six months to be served, balance suspended for one year, ordered to remain alcohol-free; driving negligently and possession of marijuana, filed with a guilty finding.

Theresa Ann York, 38, of 701 Main St., Worcester, charged with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (knife), malicious destruction of property over $250, and breaking and entering into a vehicle or boat in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, dismissed.

Antonio Torres, 33, of 375 Highland St., Northbridge, charged with indecent exposure, amended from open and gross lewdness, sentenced to 64 days in the House of Correction; and disorderly conduct, dismissed.
