Judge John S. McCann

Christopher D. Ebert, 38, of 25 Providence St., Millville, was sentenced to 2-1/2 years in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to assault and battery. He was sentenced to one year in the House of Correction, to begin upon his release from the first sentence, after pleading guilty to assault. He was sentenced to 2-1/2 years in the House of Correction, to begin upon his release from the second sentence, after pleading guilty to assault and battery. The balance of the sentence was suspended for five years with probation. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to undergo drug, alcohol, and mental health evaluations with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to have no contact with the victims, and to attend an anger management program. A charge of attempted murder was dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.

Michael J. White, 23, of 31 Fox Meadow Drive, Worcester, charged with receiving stolen property worth more than $250, placed on probation for 52 months, ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to submit to random drug tests, and to pay $15,000 restitution.

Timothy M. Lavin, 30, of 11 Hyland Ave., Leicester, charged with threatening to commit a crime (to kill with a firearm), sentenced to 180 days in the House of Correction.

Elliot O. Castro, 18, of 40 Park Ave., Worcester, charged with two counts of assault and battery, defacing property, and intimidation of a witness, dismissed.

Michael I. Borraccino, 51, P.O. Box 344, Worcester, charged with open and gross lewdness, continued to Dec. 17.

James S. McMinn, 58, of 45 Goldthwaite Road, Worcester, charged with

being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant, continued to Dec. 4 on $5,000 cash bail.

Marcos A. Arroyo, 35, of 51 Orient St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license for driving under the influence of alcohol, using a vehicle without authority, and larceny of a vehicle, sentenced to three concurrent terms of 90 days in the House of Correction; receiving a stolen vehicle, filed with a guilty finding; and red light violation, found responsible, filed.

Juan M. Mendoza Jr., 29, of 501 Plantation St., Worcester, charged with trafficking in cocaine and drug violation near a school or park, continued to Dec. 7 on $1,000 cash bail.
