Frenchman T. Glover, 40, of 701 Main St., Worcester, charged with armed robbery (knife) and assault with a dangerous weapon (knife). The charges were dismissed.

Jorge Garcia, 31, of 21 Camp St., Worcester, sentenced to two concurrent terms of 3 to 5 years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to rape of a child with force and attempting to commit a crime. He was placed on six concurrent terms of 10 years' probation, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to open and gross lewdness, attempting to commit a crime, rape of a child with force, two counts of assault and battery, and assault with intent to rape a child. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to have no direct or indirect contact with the victim, to have no contact with children under 16, to undergo a sex offender evaluation with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, and to submit to GPS monitoring.

Ronald P. Padula, 67, of 26 Canal St., Blackstone, charged with assault and battery, continued without a finding for 1 year, ordered to have no contact with the victim, $50 victim witness fee; and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over, dismissed.

Noppadol Y. Naiyanetr, 48, of Woonsocket, R.I., charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent, amended from driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent causing serious injury, fined $625, $250 head injury fee, $50 victim's assessment fee, $50 victim witness fee; driving without a license, driving an uninsured vehicle, and license plate violation to conceal ID, filed with a guilty finding; driving an unregistered vehicle, found not responsible; possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, speeding, marked lanes violation, and failing to wear a seat belt, found responsible, filed.

Charles E. Miller, 62, of 40 May St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, dismissed.
