Judge C. Jeffrey Kinder

Wesley K. Collins, 28, of 31 Wyman St., Worcester, sentenced to 1-1/2 years to a year and 10 months in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. The charge was amended from trafficking in cocaine. He was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 18 months in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and carrying a firearm without a license. A charge of possession of a firearm without a Firearm Identification Card was filed after a guilty plea. Charges of armed home invasion with a firearm, armed assault in a dwelling, and carrying a firearm with ammunition were dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.

Judge John S. McCann

James Doiron, 52, of 63 Elm St., Leominster, sentenced to 21 concurrent terms of 5 years of probation after pleading guilty to eight counts of breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, five counts of larceny under $250, five counts of larceny over $250, and three counts of credit card fraud under $250. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to resume outpatient mental health treatment, to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to stay off the Fitchburg State College campus and to stay out of Leominster State Forest and off all rail trails.

Carrie Ann Mikalunas, 39, of 50 Kinglet Drive, Shrewsbury, charged with larceny over $250 and shoplifting, sentenced to two concurrent terms of 6 months in the House of Correction, suspended for one year, ordered to remain drug and alcohol free, to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, and to pay $524 restitution.

Rickie N. Eaves, 35, of 701 Main St., Worcester, charged with trespassing and disturbing the peace, filed with a guilty finding; and driving with a suspended license, found responsible, filed.

Joshua Ferguson, 17, of 220 Holden St., Worcester, charged with driving negligently, continued without a finding for six months, ordered to attend the Brains at Risk program, $250 head injury fee, $50 victim witness fee; speeding, found responsible, fined $100; marked lanes violation, found responsible, filed; and racing a vehicle, dismissed.

Felix Vega, 20, of 5 Claflin St., Milford, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent, continued without a finding for one year, ordered to attend a driver alcohol education program, 210 days license loss, $250 state fee, $250 head injury fee, $50 victim's assessment fee, $50 victim witness fee; possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle and vehicle lights violation, found not responsible; and being a minor in possession of alcohol, dismissed.

Nelson Mijangos, 31, last known address of 181 Belmont St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, dismissed.

Malachi Toney, 21, of 96 Brookline St., Worcester, charged with intimidation of a witness, continued to Dec. 17 on $2,500 cash bail; and trespassing, continued to Dec. 17.

Peter S. Smith, 48, of 99 Eureka St., Worcester, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent (third offense), driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), failing to stop or yield, and license not in possession, continued to Dec. 30 on $5,000 cash bail; driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent (third offense), driving without a license, marked lanes violation, and possession of Vicodin, continued to Dec. 30 on $5,000 cash bail.

Elvin L. Antuna, 49, of 44 Wellington St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license, dismissed, $100 costs; driving an uninsured vehicle, dismissed, $100 costs; and driving with a suspended registration, dismissed.

Raquel Prates, 40, of 42 Mount Pleasant Ave., Leominster, charged with permitting the operation of a vehicle by an unlicensed or suspended driver, dismissed, $100 costs; and having no inspection sticker on a vehicle, found responsible, fined $50.
