Daniel J. Baker, 39, of 33 Farnum St., Worcester, charged with violation of an abuse prevention order and assault and battery, found not guilty.

William Petrie, 45, of 36 Barclay St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery on a police officer, two counts of assault and battery, assault and battery on ambulance personnel, disorderly conduct, and making annoying telephone calls, continued without a plea or finding and placed on pretrial probation for 1 year.

Abdul J. Baker, 22, of Springfield, charged with assault and battery and two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (trash can, floor), dismissed upon payment of bar advocate fee.

Luis A. Panameno, 44, of 425 Grafton St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license, placed on probation for 1 year, ordered to pay bar advocate fee, $50 victim witness fee or to complete 63 hours of community service; leaving an accident scene after property damage, placed on probation for 1 year, ordered to pay $5,000 restitution; trespassing, license plate violation to conceal ID, driving an uninsured vehicle, and driving an unregistered vehicle, dismissed.

Derrick K. Ekeh, 22, of 7 Oak Leaf Circle, Worcester, charged with possession of marijuana, continued without a finding for 6 months, $50 victim witness fee; driving without a license, filed with a guilty finding; and assault with a dangerous weapon (firearm), dismissed.

Kenneth W. Malone, 31, of 15 Irving St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, dismissed.
