Judge C. Brian McDonald

Jonathan L. Ramos, 25, of 208 Water St., Fitchburg, was sentenced to two and a half years in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. The charge was amended from trafficking in cocaine. He was sentenced to two years in the House of Correction, to begin upon his release from the first sentence, after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. He was placed on two years probation, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to possession of a firearm without a Firearm Identification Card. As a condition of probation, he was ordered to undergo a substance abuse evaluation with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department.

Joshua Medero, 29, of 208 Water St., Fitchburg, was sentenced to two and a half years in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. The charge was amended from trafficking in cocaine. He was sentenced to two years in the House of Correction, to begin upon his release from the first sentence, after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Donnie L. Doughty, 18, of 47 Grosvenor St., Worcester, charged with possession of marijuana, amended from possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, found responsible, fined $100.

Randy L. Carr, 24, of 701 Main St., Worcester, charged with assault, fined $625, $50 victim witness fee; assault and battery on a police officer, fined $625; and resisting arrest, filed with a guilty finding.

Elias Santos, 33, of 701 Main St., Worcester, charged with possession of heroin, sentenced to one day in the House of Correction, $50 victim witness fee and bar advocate fee or ordered to complete 35 hours of community service.

William Scott, 55, of 31 Princeton Road, Sterling, charged with paying for sexual conduct, continued without a plea or finding and placed on pretrial probation for six months, ordered to attend the CARD program.

Thomas J. Gentile, 45, of 22 Oliver St., Worcester, charged with violation of an abuse prevention order and assault and battery, sentenced to two concurrent terms of 60 days in the House of Correction.

Alexander Zych, 49, of 701 Main St., Worcester, charged with disorderly conduct, fined $50, $50 victim witness fee or ordered to complete 10 hours of community service; trespassing and disorderly conduct, filed with a guilty finding; and indecent exposure, dismissed.

Johnny McCoy, 20, of 1 Goulding St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license and having a child younger than 5 without a car seat, continued to March 5.

David W. Kirkpatrick, 47, of 78 West Main St., Millbury, charged with driving negligently, fined $20, $250 head injury fee, $50 victim witness fee.
