Emanuelle Ramos, 29, of 23 Ashton St., Worcester, was sentenced to three concurrent terms of 3 years to 3 years and a day in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy to violate a drug law, carrying a firearm without a license, and firearm violation with one prior violent or drug crime, amended from firearm violation with three prior violent or drug crimes. He was sentenced to a concurrent term of 2 years in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to possession of a firearm without a firearm ID card. Charges of carrying a firearm without a license, firearm violation with three prior violent or drug crimes, two counts of trafficking in cocaine, three counts of drug violation near a school or park, two counts of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, distribution of a class E substance, and possession of a class E substance with intent to distribute were dismissed.

Luis Vera-Mille, 42, of the Worcester County Jail and House of Correction, West Boylston, was sentenced to 1 year in the House of Correction, with 333 days to be served, after pleading guilty to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. The balance of the sentence was suspended for 2 years with probation. He was placed on probation for 2 years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to assault and battery on a correction officer. As conditions of probation, he was ordered not to possess weapons including knives, to have no contact with the victim, and to attend an anger management program. A charge of assault and battery was dismissed.

Alex Jusino, 22, of 45 Orne St., Worcester, was placed on 2 concurrent terms of 2 years probation after pleading guilty to larceny over $250 and breaking into a depository. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to undergo drug and alcohol treatment as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, and to remain in school or employed. A charge of being an accessory after the fact of a crime was filed after a guilty plea and being placed on probation for 6 months.

Ismael L. Rodriguez, 23, of 44 Orne St., Worcester, charged with driving without a license, dismissed, $100 costs.

Selvin O. Ramos Teo, 23, of 69 Prospect St., Marlboro, charged with driving without a license, found responsible, fined $200; and license plate violation, found responsible, fined $35.

Robert B. Levins, 59, of a last known address of 41 Dick Drive, Worcester, charged with larceny of property $250 or less, dismissed; and...
