Judge James R. Lemire
Reshey Chambers, 23, of 44 Barkley St., Worcester, was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in the House of Correction, with 18 months to be served, after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. The charge was amended from trafficking in cocaine. The balance of the sentence was suspended for 3 years with probation. As conditions of probation, he was ordered not to possess knives or weapons and to undergo a substance abuse evaluation with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department. He was sentenced to a concurrent term of 30 days in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to a concurrent term of 10 days in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to driving with a suspended license. A charge of refusing to identify himself to police was filed after a guilty plea.
