Leland Gauthier,

of 93 Armory St., Worcester, was sentenced to 2-1/2 years in the House of Correction, with 79 days to be served, after pleading guilty to receiving stolen property under $250. The balance of the sentence was suspended for 2 years with probation. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, and to obtain employment. Four counts of possession of a firearm without a firearm ID card and four counts of firearm violation with three prior violent or drug crimes were dismissed.

Kim Lee Chim, 40, of 20 Crest Circle, Worcester, was sentenced to 2 to 3 years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to statutory rape of a child. The charge was amended from rape of a child with force. He was placed on probation for 5 years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to statutory rape of a child. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to register as a sex offender, to undergo a sex offender evaluation with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to have no direct or indirect contact with the victim or the victim's family, to have no unsupervised contact with children under 16, and to submit to GPS monitoring.

Judge Austin T. Philbin

Noemi Ramos, 26, of 4 Delaware St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (pipe), sentenced to two concurrent terms of 1 year in the House of Correction, with 6 months to be served, balance suspended for 18 months, ordered to have no contact with the victim and to attend an anger management program; and driving with a suspended license, dismissed, $200 costs.

Audra V. Beliveau, 24, of 15 Seminole Drive, Worcester, charged with trespassing, dismissed, $200 costs; disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace, dismissed.

Luis A. Guzman, 34, of 979 Main St., Worcester, charged with possession of marijuana, found responsible, fined $100; and distribution of cocaine, dismissed.

Linda M. Callahan, 44, of 5 Arcadia St., Worcester, charged with larceny over $250 by a single scheme, dismissed.

Gustavo Fabres, 46, of 1 Merrick St., Worcester, charged with possession of heroin, sentenced to 1 year in the House of Correction, suspended for 1 year, ordered to successfully complete a 9 month sober-house program, to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, and to submit to random drug tests, $50 victim witness fee.
