Jorge Colon, 38, of 51 Holland Road, Worcester, was sentenced to 2 to 3 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to distribution of cocaine. The charge was amended from distribution of cocaine (subsequent offense). He was ordered to pay $150 drug fee and $90 victim witness fee. A charge of drug violation near a school or park was dismissed.

Lawrence Mungia, 32, of 210 East Mountain St., Worcester, was sentenced to 2 to 3 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to armed robbery (gun). He was placed on probation for 3 years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to armed robbery (gun). As conditions of probation, he was ordered to have no contact and to stay away from all Honey Farms and 7-Eleven stores in Worcester, and to pay $90 victim witness fee and $65 probation fee.

Jeffrey Peterson, 64, of 222 Ashburnham Road, Westminster, was sentenced to 2 years to 2 years and a day in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to intimidation of a witness. He was sentenced to five concurrent terms of 2 years in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to five counts of possession of a firearm without a Firearm ID card. A charge of improperly storing a firearm was filed after a guilty plea. A charge of intimidation of a witness was dismissed. He was ordered to pay $90 victim witness fee.

Luis Rios, of 35 Benefit St., Worcester, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 4 years to 4 years and a day in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to two counts of armed robbery (knife). He was placed on five concurrent terms of 1 year of probation, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to armed robbery (hypodermic needle), two counts of armed assault with intent to rob (hypodermic needle), and two counts of intimidation to steal from a depository. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to have no contact and to stay away from the victims, to remain drug-free, to undergo a substance abuse evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, and to pay $178.49 restitution, $90 victim witness fee and $65 probation fee.
