Burrell Ramsey-White, 24, of Walpole state prison, was placed on probation for 1 year after pleading guilty to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to have no contact and to stay away from the victim, to obtain employment or education, not to possess weapons, and to pay $90 victim witness fee, $65 probation fee.
Thomas Sheldon, 43, of Leeds, was sentenced to 4 years to 4 years and a day in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to armed robbery (gun).

Ryan Dailey, 19, of 36 Wamsutta Ave., Worcester, charged with indecent exposure, continued without a finding for 1 year, ordered to have no contact with the victims, to undergo a mental health evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, and to pay $50 victim witness fee or to complete community service; open and gross lewdness and enticing a child under 16, dismissed.

Maiello, 27, of Brooklyn, N.Y., charged with receiving a stolen vehicle and receiving stolen property over $250, sentenced to two concurrent terms of 18 months in the House of Correction; possession of cocaine and credit card fraud under $250, sentenced to two concurrent terms of 1 year in the House of Correction; license plate violation to conceal ID and receiving stolen property under $250, filed with a guilty finding; using a vehicle without authority, possession of prescription pills and two counts of being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant, dismissed.
Nector J. Nivar, 27, of 13 Merrifield St., Worcester, charged with violation of an abuse prevention order, sentenced to 90 days in the House of Correction; and possession of an open container of alcohol in public, found not responsible.
Alexsandra R. Souza, 33, of 5 Fales St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license, continued to July 25.
Kimberly D. Gambaccini, 36, of 10 Otter Trail, Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), sentenced to 60 days in the House of Correction; and marked lanes violation, found responsible, filed.
Samuel Torres, 45, of 14 Oread St., Worcester, charged with possession of heroin, continued to July 6 on $250 cash bail.
