Akeem Harriot, 22, of 27 Jefferson St., Apt. 1, Worcester, sentenced to probation for 11 months after pleading guilty to marijuana possession. The charge was amended from possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Charges of cocaine possession with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm or ammunition without a firearm identification card and two counts of a drug violation near a school or park were dismissed.

Russell Hess, 25, 216 Chandler St., Apt. 3, Worcester, charged with assault and battery, dismissed; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (bicycle), dismissed.

Angel Luis Castro, 39, 14 Clapp St., Worcester, charged with breaking and entering in the daytime (felony), placing a person in fear, guilty, sentenced to 60 days in House of Correction, 31 days credit, concurrent with other sentence; receiving stolen property, guilty, fined $250, restitution, sentenced to 60 days in House of Correction, 31 days credit, concurrent with other sentence.

Luis M. Estrada, 47, 12 Vale St., Apt. 2, Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license, subsequent offense, guilty, fined $50, sentenced to 60 days in House of Correction, suspended for a year; failure to stop or yield, responsible, fined $100.

Cassie L. Paradis, 22, 12A Pleasant St., Auburn, charged with assault and battery, continued to Oct. 14.

Anthony Paulauskas III, 18, 36 Eunice Ave., Worcester, charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, amended to possession of marijuana, admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding 9 months, ordered to remain drug-free and undergo random testing; drug violation near a school or park, dismissed.

Reagan L Savas, 31, 25 Lakeview Drive, Charlton, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent, admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding for a year, fined $600, 45 days' loss of license; negligent driving, dismissed; speeding, responsible; failure to stop for police, dismissed; failure to stop for police, admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding 6 months.
