Lirette, 44, of 15 Nashua St., Fitchburg, sentenced to 1 to 1-1/2 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon; sentenced to a concurrent term of 1 year in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to assault and battery; placed on probation for 5 years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to armed robbery; as conditions of probation, ordered to remain drug-and alcohol-free, to stay away and have no contact with the victim, not to possess weapons, and to pay $150 legal counsel fee, $90 victim witness fee, $65 probation fee.

Stacy Waite, 26, of 65 Harlem St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, continued to Jan. 25.

Oscar I. Arriaza, 27, of 63 1/2 Ward St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and vehicle equipment violation, continued to Jan. 25.

Carlos M. Davila, 29, of 91 Grand View Ave., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license and failing to keep right for oncoming vehicles, continued to Jan. 20 on $370 cash bail.

Felix L. Rivera, 25, of 85 Houghton St., Worcester, charged with breaking and entering into a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, trespassing, resisting arrest, and disturbing the peace, continued to Jan. 6 on $250 cash bail.
