Gary J. Lirette, 44, of 15 Nashua St., Fitchburg, sentenced to 1 to 1-1/2 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon; sentenced to a concurrent term of 1 year in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to assault and battery; placed on probation for 5 years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to armed robbery; as conditions of probation, ordered to remain drug-and alcohol-free, to stay away and have no contact with the victim, not to possess weapons, and to pay $150 legal counsel fee, $90 victim witness fee, $65 probation fee.

Carrera, 22, of 70 Rodney St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), sentenced to 60 days in the House of Correction, license suspended for 6 months; failing to wear a seat belt, found not responsible; license plate violation, found responsible, filed.

Stacy Waite, 26, of 65 Harlem St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, continued to Jan. 25.

Oscar I. Arriaza, 27, of 63 1/2 Ward St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and vehicle equipment violation, continued to Jan. 25.

Rosemary Santana, 28, of 114 Piedmont St., Worcester, charged with disturbing the peace, trespassing, resisting arrest, and breaking and entering into a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, continued to Jan. 6 on $750 cash bail; breaking and entering into a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny over $250, continued to Jan. 6 on $500 cash bail.

Carlos M. Davila, 29, of 91 Grand View Ave., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license and failing to keep right for oncoming vehicles, continued to Jan. 20 on $370 cash bail.

Felix L. Rivera, 25, of 85 Houghton St., Worcester, charged with breaking and entering into a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, trespassing, resisting arrest, and disturbing the peace, continued to Jan. 6 on $250 cash bail.

Kenneth K. Kephart III, 27, of 11 Venus Drive, Shrewsbury, charged with driving with a suspended license, continued without a finding

for 3 months, ordered to pay $50 victim witness fee or to complete community service.
