Montville, 48, of 34 Carroll Drive, West Boylston, charged with intimidation of a witness, sentenced to 2 years in the House of Correction, with 6 months to be served, balance suspended until June 12, 2013, ordered to remain alcohol-free, to submit to random drug tests, to attend two AA or NA meetings a week, and to pay $90 victim witness fee or to complete community service; assault and battery, sentenced to a concurrent term of 6 months in the House of Correction; and assault and battery, placed on probation until June 12, 2013.

Junior Delicieux, 35, of Everett, charged with driving an uninsured vehicle, dismissed, $150 costs; and driving with a suspended registration, dismissed, $100 costs.
