Alma Calvo, 32, of 16 Orient St., Worcester, was placed on probation for 5 years after pleading guilty to unarmed robbery. The charge was amended from armed robbery. As conditions of probation, she was ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to submit to random drug tests, to undergo a substance abuse evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to stay away and have no contact with the victim, and to pay $150 legal counsel fee, $90 victim witness fee, $65 monthly probation fee.

Carlos Marcano, 23, of 107 Sterling St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license and having a child under 8 years old and 58 inches without a car seat, continued to March 2.

Harvey F. Joslin III, 36, of 35 Henshaw St., Worcester, charged with intimidation of a witness, continued to March 8.

Andrew P. Pasquale, 36, of 40 Hartwell St., West Boylston, charged with driving with a suspended license, amended from driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), filed with a guilty finding; and marked lanes violation, found not responsible.

Victoria Murphy, 26, of 68 Providence St., Worcester, charged with two counts of uttering a false check and larceny under $250 by false pretense, sentenced to three concurrent terms of 9 months in the House of Correction; larceny over $250 by a single scheme, trespassing on state or county property, and identity fraud, dismissed.

Randy B. Frye, 27, of 29 Loxwood St., Worcester, charged with criminal harassment and assault and battery, continued to Feb. 6 on $2,000 cash bail; drug violation near a school or park, possession of tizanidine with intent to distribute, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, continued to Feb. 6 on $2,000 cash bail.

Blake T. Aboody, 26, of 22 Old Faith Road, Shrewsbury, charged with state highway traffic violation and leaving an accident scene after property damage, continued to March 7.

Edgar A. Gonzalez-Rodrigue, 43, of 8 Decatur St., Worcester, charged with driving without a license, found responsible, fined $600; and having no inspection sticker on a vehicle, found responsible, fined $50.
