Milton G. Rivera,48, of 84B Elm St., Apt. 14, Worcester, charged with assault and battery and two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (lamp and stick), dismissed at the request of the prosecution upon payment of bar advocate fee.

Michael J. Malloy, 35, of 285 Chapel St., Holden, charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent, continued without a finding for 2 years, ordered to complete a 90 24D program, to spend a half day at the Brains at Risk program and attend two Alcoholics Anonymous meetings a week for 1 year, assessed $250 24D fee, $250 head injury assessment, $50 victim assessment and $50 victim-witness fees; a marked lanes violation, found not responsible; speeding, found responsible and filed.

Katlyne Parslow, 23, of 124 Vernon St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, dismissed; possession of heroin, continued without a finding for 1 year, ordered to complete a 30-day in-patient program, spend 6 months at the Linda Fay Griffin program and assessed $50 victim-witness fee.

Dennis Cruz, 19, of 143 Pilgrim Ave., Apt. 1, Worcester, charged with breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, sentenced to 2-1/2 years in the House of Correction with 1 year to be served and the balance of the sentence suspended for 18 months with probation, ordered to pay $5,000 in restitution as a condition of probation; larceny from a building, placed on probation for 18 months; receiving stolen property and possession of child pornography, both dismissed at the prosecution's request.

Tina Rodriguez, 39, of 42 Perry Ave., Apt. 3, Worcester, charged with driving a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, driving after license suspension (subsequent offense) and refusing to identify self to a police officer while driving, continued to June 5.

Michael Harrison, 35, of 124 Vernon St., Apt. 6, charged with assault and battery, dismissed at the prosecution's request without prejudice.

Ryan Ford, 20, of 17 Delaval Road, Worcester, charged with assault and battery and intimidation of a witness, both dismissed upon payment of bar advocate fee.
