Jacob L. Freedman, 21, of 5 Crown St., Worcester, charged with possession of oxycodone and larceny from a person, continued without a finding for 1 year, ordered to remain drug-free, to undergo a drug evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, to stay away and have no contact with the victim and to pay $50 victim witness fee; and possession of oxycodone with intent to distribute, dismissed.

Nakesia Andrew, 29, of 23 Mendon St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, dismissed.

Dahlia Forbes, 28, of 44 Gage St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, dismissed upon payment of bar advocate fee.

Ricardo Chase, 25, of 12 Clapp St., Worcester, charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and distribution of a class B substance , amended from distribution of cocaine, continued without a finding for 18 months, ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free and to submit to random drug tests; and drug violation near a school or park, dismissed.

Orion P. Danna, 20, of 35 Locust Ave., Oxford, charged with assault and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (motor vehicle,) dismissed.

Alan J. Ryerson, 35, of 81 Ingleside Ave., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license, dismissed, $150 costs; and vehicle lights violation, found not responsible.

Johnny A. Lugo, 38, of 27 West St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense,) amended from driving with a suspended license, sentenced to 60 days in the House of Correction, with 10 days to be served, balance suspended for 3 months, ordered to pay $50 victim witness fee or to complete community service; and failing to signal, found responsible, filed.
