Judge David Ricciardone

Randy Aron 35,of Auburn, Maine, sentenced to 4 to 5 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to trafficking in cocaine. Ordered to pay $150 drug fee, $90 victim witness fee.

Steven C. Manca 52, of 18 Pear St., Leominster, was sentenced to 2-1/2 years in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol. Sentenced to 2 years in the House of Correction to begin upon release from a first sentence, after pleading guilty to driving negligently. The balance of the sentence was suspended for 3 years with probation. Ordered to remain drug-and alcohol-free, to undergo a substance abuse evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, not to operate a vehicle and to pay $90 victim witness fee, $65 probation fee, $50 driving under the influence of alcohol fee.

Aaron J. Busch, 38, of Fort Mill, S.C., charged with indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, sentenced to 2-1/2 years in the House of Correction; indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older and open and gross lewdness, placed on two concurrent terms of 5 years probation, ordered to stay away from and have no contact with the victim, to have no unsupervised contact with children under 16, to register as a sex offender, to undergo a sex offender evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department and to submit to GPS monitoring.

Anthony C. Etre, 30, of 18 Stoneland Road, Worcester, charged with leaving an accident scene after property damage, sentenced to 14 days in the House of Correction; driving with a suspended license, sentenced to a concurrent term of 10 days in the House of Correction; and driving with a suspended license, filed with a guilty finding.

Kayla McCarthy, 26, of 5 Marconi Road, Worcester, charged with assault and battery, dismissed.

Carlos Ramos-Arocho, 31, of 175 Millbury St., Worcester, charged with possession of cocaine, amended from possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, continued without a finding for 1 year, ordered to remain drug-and alcohol-free, to submit to random drug tests and to pay $50 victim witness fee.
