Anthony Gualdarrama, 27, of 11 West Oberlin St., Worcester, was sentenced to 3 years to 3 years and a day in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to trafficking in cocaine. He was sentenced to a concurrent term of 1 year in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to possession of a firearm without a Firearm ID card. He was placed on probation for 2 years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to submit to random drug tests, and to pay $150 legal counsel fee, $90 victim witness fee, $65 probation fee. Charges of possession of a firearm without a Firearm ID card and two counts of drug violation near a school or park were dismissed.

Norberto Rolon, 22, of 26 Williamsburg Drive, Worcester, was sentenced to 3 years to 3 years and a day in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. The charge was amended from trafficking in cocaine. He was placed on probation for 2 years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, undergo a substance abuse evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, and to pay $150 drug fee, $90 victim witness fee, $65 probation fee. Two counts of drug violation near a school or park were dismissed.

Jonathan A. Brimage, 27, of 73 Bellevue St., Worcester, charged with three counts of driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and possession of cocaine, continued without a finding for 6 months, $1,500 costs, $50 victim witness fee; failing to stop for police and having a child under 8 years old and 58 inches without a car seat, found responsible, filed; marked lanes violation and two counts of speeding, found not responsible.

Jason Fish, 33, of 1504 Main St., Worcester, charged with resisting arrest, assault and battery on a police officer, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (shod foot), continued without a finding for 1 year, $90 victim witness fee; driving without a license, fined $100; disorderly conduct, filed with a guilty finding; and marked lanes violation...
