Gilberto Elicier, 20, of 20 Bellevue St., Worcester, charged with possession of a firearm without a firearm ID card, dismissed.

Maria A. Mallard, 27, of 26 Hanover St., Leominster, charged with driving without a license, dismissed, $100 costs; and failing to use care when stopping, found responsible, fined $50.
