Judge Janet Kenton-Walker

Johnny Pacheco, 31, of 28 Preston St., Worcester, was sentenced to 2 years in the House of Correction, with 6 months to be served, after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. The balance of the sentence was suspended for 2 years with probation. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to remain drug free, not to possess weapons and to pay $150 drug fee, $50 victim witness fee. A charge of drug violation near a school or park was dismissed.

Maximo Nunez, 52, of 28 Grove St., Millbury, was sentenced to 3 years to 3 years and a day in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to possession of heroin with intent to distribute. The charge was amended from trafficking in heroin, morphine, or opium. A charge of conspiracy to violate a drug law was dismissed.

Leroy J. Pfeifer, 25, of 24 New Vista Lane, Worcester, charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, found responsible, filed.

Stacia Korbel, 35, of 160 Fremont St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, dismissed without prejudice.

Arnold Emory, 53, of 69 Grove St., Worcester, charged with assault, resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer, continued without a finding for 6 months, ordered to send a letter of apology to the police officer and to pay $50 victim witness fee.

David Masiello, 53, of 178 Hamilton St., Worcester, charged with receiving stolen property over $250, dismissed, $100 costs.

Maurice F. Giangaspro, 22, of 11 Meadowsweet Road, Shrewsbury, charged with resisting arrest, continued without a finding for 9 months, ordered to remain drug free and to submit to random drug tests; carrying a dangerous weapon (butterfly knife), continued without a finding for 6 months, $90 victim witness fee; shoplifting, found responsible, filed; possession of alprazolam, possession of oxycodone and possession of methadone, dismissed.
