Johnny Pacheco, 31, of 28 Preston St., Worcester, was sentenced to 2 years in the House of Correction, with 6 months to be served, after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. The balance of the sentence was suspended for 2 years with probation. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to remain drug free, not to possess weapons and to pay $150 drug fee, $50 victim witness fee. A charge of drug violation near a school or park was dismissed.
Maximo Nunez, 52, of 28 Grove St., Millbury, was sentenced to 3 years to 3 years and a day in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to possession of heroin with intent to distribute. The charge was amended from trafficking in heroin, morphine, or opium. A charge of conspiracy to violate a drug law was dismissed.

David Masiello, 53, of 178 Hamilton St., Worcester, charged with receiving stolen property over $250, dismissed, $100 costs.
Maurice F. Giangaspro, 22, of 11 Meadowsweet Road, Shrewsbury, charged with resisting arrest, continued without a finding for 9 months, ordered to remain drug free and to submit to random drug tests; carrying a dangerous weapon (butterfly knife), continued without a finding for 6 months, $90 victim witness fee; shoplifting, found responsible, filed; possession of alprazolam, possession of oxycodone and possession of methadone, dismissed.
