Worcester Superior Court

Judge Richard T. Tucker

Ernesto Santiago, 45, of the Worcester County Jail and House of Correction, West Boylston, was sentenced to 9 to 10 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to breaking into a depository. The sentence is to run concurrent with any other sentences now being served. He was sentenced to a concurrent term of 5 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to larceny from a building. The sentence is to run concurrent with any other sentences now being served. He was ordered to pay a $90 victim witness fee. A charge of unarmed robbery was dismissed.

Miguel Regalado, 32, of 10 Newbury St., Worcester, was placed on probation for 2 years after pleading guilty to possession of heroin with intent to distribute. The charge was amended from trafficking in heroin, morphine, or opium. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to undergo a substance abuse evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, and to pay a $150 drug fee, a $90 victim witness fee and a $65 probation fee. A charge of trafficking in cocaine was dismissed.

Christopher J. Pietrowicz, 42, of 24 Arthur St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), amended from driving with a suspended license, sentenced to 60 days in the House of Correction.

Timothy Remuck, 36, of 36 Lexington Road, Millbury, charged with driving with a suspended license, dismissed, $100 costs.

Flavio E. Guaillas-Penaloza, 32, of 15 Queen St., Worcester, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent, continued without a finding for 1 year, ordered to attend a driver alcohol-education program, 45 days' license loss, $250 state fee, $250 head injury fee, $50 victim assessment fee, $50 victim witness fee; failing to stop or yield, marked lanes violation, and driving without a license, found responsible, filed.

Blanca Sanchez, 26, of 25 Hooper St., Worcester, charged with driving without a license, dismissed, $100 costs; and driving improperly, found not responsible.
