Judge James R. Lemire

Sirano Harrison, 39, of Springfield, was sentenced to 3 to 4 years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. The charge was amended from possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (subsequent offense). He was ordered to pay $150 legal fee, $90 victim witness fee. Charges of possession of a firearm with a defaced serial number and two counts of firearm violation with two prior violent or drug crimes were dismissed.
