Judge Janet Kenton-Walker

Cleon Riley, 31, of 4 Gilman St., Worcester, was sentenced to 7 years to 7 years and a day in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. He was sentenced to a concurrent term of 5 years to 5 years and a day in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (subsequent offense). He was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 3 years to 3 years and a day in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to distribution of cocaine (subsequent offense) and distribution of a class C substance (subsequent offense). He was sentenced to a concurrent term of 2 years in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to distribution of marijuana (subsequent offense). Four counts of drug violation near a school or park were dismissed.

Robert Laliberte, 61, of 185 Lincoln St., Blackstone, was sentenced to 2 to 3 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over. The charge was amended from indecent assault and battery on a retarded person. He was placed on probation for 5 years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to indecent assault and battery on a retarded person. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to stay away and have no contact with the victim or the victim's family, to submit to GPS monitoring as determined by the Probation Department, to have no unsupervised contact with mentally disabled persons or children under 16 except his own child, to register as a sex offender, to undergo a sex offender evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, and to pay $90 victim witness fee and $65 probation fee.

Hopkins, 31, of 32 Tatum Road, Shrewsbury, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent, placed on probation for 1 year, ordered to attend a driver alcohol-education program, 45 days' license loss, $250 state fee, $250 head injury fee, $50 victim assessment fee, $50 victim witness fee; disorderly conduct, found not guilty; and marked lanes violation, found not responsible.
