Judge John S. McCann
Jose Colon, 29, of the Worcester County Jail and House of Correction, West Boylston, was sentenced to three concurrent terms of 6 to 8 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to mayhem, assault with intent to maim, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. He was sentenced to a concurrent term of 2-1/2 years in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to assault and battery.
Judge James R. Lemire
Nelson Borrero Jr., 33, of 50 Blackstone River Road, Worcester, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 5 to 7 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and putting a person in fear and possession of burglar tools.
Bruce Lovely, 30, of 30 Black Pointe Road, Webster, was charged with trafficking in cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (subsequent offense), distribution of a class B substance (subsequent offense), and distribution of marijuana (subsequent offense). The charges were dismissed.

Andrews, 50, of 107 Vine St., Douglas, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent (third offense), sentenced to 2-1/2 years in the House of Correction, with 180 days to be served, balance suspended for 2 years, ordered to attend the Howard Street treatment program in Springfield, 8 years license loss, fined $1,000, $250 head injury fee, $50 victim assessment fee, $50 victim witness fee; failing to stop for police and driving in violation of license restriction, filed with a guilty finding; possession of an open container of alcohol in public and marked lanes violation, found responsible, filed; and driving negligently, dismissed.
Scott A. Attwood, 27, of Bellingham, charged with two counts of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (knife), and malicious destruction of property over $250, dismissed without prejudice.
