Douglas Torres, 29, of 55 Ellsworth St., Worcester, charged with aggravated assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (machete), found not guilty; assault with a dangerous weapon, amended from assault with intent to murder, nol prossed. Michael N. Ehrich, 22, of 69 -1/2 Woodland St., Worcester, charged with leaving an accident scene after property damage, dismissed.

Sean M. Perkins, 30, of 152 Goodale St., West Boylston, charged with threatening to commit a crime (to murder) and criminal harassment, continued without a plea or finding and placed on pretrial probation for 6 months; ordered to enroll and continue with independent and relationship counseling and no abuse of the victim.

Kari E. Juges, 35, of 11 Sutton St., Northbridge, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent (second offense), amended from driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent and driving negligently, placed on probation for 2 years, ordered to attend a 14 day in-patient program and half day at the Brains at Risk program, 2 years license loss, $250 head injury fee; possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, found responsible, filed; marked lanes violation, found not responsible.

Omar Arroyo, 20, of 701 Main St., Worcester, charged with trespassing, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, continued without a finding for 6 months, ordered to write a letter of apology to the home owner, to remain alcohol free, to submit to random drug tests, to stay away from 62 Great Brook Valley Ave. and to pay $50 victim witness fee.

Emanuel Morales-Rivera, 20, of 8 Sever St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license, dismissed, $200 costs; having no inspection sticker on a vehicle and license plate violation, found not responsible.

Matthew J. Clark, 33, of 14 Worcester Road, Grafton, charged with possession of heroin, sentenced to 1 year in the House of Correction, with 2 months to be served, balance suspended for 1 year, ordered to remain drug free, to...
