Judge James R. Lemire

Amanda Mansur, 24, of Franklin, was sentenced to 1 to 2 years in Framingham state prison after pleading guilty to armed robbery. The sentence is to be served at the Women's Correction Facility in Chicopee.

Gregory Mansur, 24, of Franklin, was sentenced to 2 to 3 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to armed robbery.

Justin R. Generelli, 27, of 100 South Oxford Road, Millbury, was sentenced to three concurrent terms of 2 years to 2 years and a day in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and putting a person in fear and two counts of breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony. He was placed on four concurrent terms of 3 years' probation, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to three counts of larceny from a building and larceny of a drug. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to have no direct or indirect contact with and to stay away from the victims, to remain drug-free, to undergo substance abuse and mental health evaluations with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, and to pay $970 restitution, $150 drug fee, $90 victim witness fee and $65 probation fee.

William Mish, 32, of 701 Main St., Worcester, was sentenced to 2 years to 2 years and a day in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony. He was placed on two concurrent terms of 3 years of probation, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to larceny from a building and receiving stolen property under $250. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to have no contact and to stay away from the victims, to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to undergo substance abuse and mental health evaluations with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, and to pay $970 restitution, $90 victim witness fee.

John D. Boguzis, 28, of 65 Prospect St., Worcester, charged with larceny over $250, continued to June 10 on $5,000 cash bail; receiving stolen property over $250 and two counts of possession of a firearm without a firearm ID card, continued to June 10 on $5,000 cash bail.

Tassneem A. Nour , 22, of 141 South Quinsigamond Ave., Shrewsbury, charged with driving without a license, dismissed, $100 costs; driving an uninsured vehicle, dismissed, $100 costs; and driving with a suspended registration, dismissed.
