Pedro Luis Gomez, 21, of 47 Mendon St., Worcester, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 5 years to 5 years and a day in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to armed assault with intent to murder (firearm) and firearm violation with one prior violent or drug crime. He was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 2--1/2 years in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to aggravated assault and assault and battery. He was placed on two concurrent terms of two years' probation, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon (firearm) and carrying a firearm with ammunition. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to have no direct or indirect contact with and to stay away from the victim and to pay a $90 victim witness fee and a $65 probation fee. A charge of carrying a firearm with ammunition was dismissed.

Andrew D. Constant, 29, of 659 Mechanic St., Leominster, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent (second offense), continued to July 17.

Alec D. Carlson, 24, of Ellington, Conn., charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent, failing to stop for police, driving negligently, Mass Pike marked lanes violation, and Mass Pike breakdown lane violation, continued to July 16.

Eric E. Duhamel, 40, of 1194 Main St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, continued to June 20 on $500 cash bail.
