Anthony Maness, 38, of 52 Highland St., Marlboro, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 3 to 5 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to two counts of deriving support from a prostitute. The charges were amended from two counts of trafficking of persons for sexual servitude. He was placed on two concurrent terms of 6 years probation, to begin forthwith, after pleading guilty to two counts of solicitation of a prostitute. The charges were amended from two counts of deriving support from a prostitute. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to undergo substance abuse and mental health evaluations with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, to stay away and have no contact with the victims, and to pay $150 legal counsel fee, $90 victim witness fee, $65 probation fee.

Stephen J. Thoren, 51, of 32 Boston Ave., Worcester, charged with assault and battery on a person over 60 years old or disabled with an injury, found not guilty; and assault and battery to collect loan, dismissed.

Pablo Rafael Rivera, 30, of 94 Loxwood St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license, dismissed, $100 costs; and speeding, found responsible, fined $100.

Erica J. Short, 35, of 469 Old Coldbrook Road, Barre, charged with driving without a license, found responsible, fined $500.

Edward H. Clements, 27, of 101 Upton St., Grafton, charged with larceny under $250 by false pretense and shoplifting, continued to July 19.

Sequndo Aurelio Clavijo, 25, of 45 Exchange St., Milford, charged with driving without a license, found responsible, fined $500; stop sign violation, found responsible, fined $50; and failing to wear a seat belt, found not responsible.

Ian Mortimer, 23, of Bremen, Maine, charged with possession of Ecstasy with intent to distribute and possession of hashish, continued to July 19.

Michael P. Turvey, 27, of 3 Boardman St., Worcester, charged with driving without a license and speeding, continued to June 19.

Jorge L. Romero, 38, of 111 Endicott St., Worcester, charged with assault with a dangerous weapon (knife) and assault and battery, continued to July 18.

James Ian Leclair, 20, of 3 Victor Ave., Leicester, charged with distribution of MDMA, possession of MDMA with intent to distribute, and possession of adderall, continued to July 15.

Antonio Gerado-Victor Morais, 45, of 5 Papagni Circle , Worcester, charged with driving without a license, found responsible, fined $500; and speeding, found responsible, fined $100.

Anderson Almeida, 33, of 238 Webster St,. Worcester, charged with marked lanes violation, driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent, driving with a suspended license, and driving negligently, continued to July 18.
