Sky Babineau, 25, of 159 Baker St., Gardner, sentenced to 1 year to 1 year and a day in Framingham state prison after pleading guilty to statutory rape of a child. She was ordered to register as a sex offender. She was charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, larceny from a building, larceny of a vehicle, receiving stolen property over $250, and breaking into a depository. The charges were nol prossed. A nol pros or nolle prosequi is a court filing reflecting a prosecutor's decision not to proceed with a criminal case after charges have been brought.

Andrew S. Munro, 45, of 19 Carol Lane, Blackstone, charged with leaving an accident scene after personal injury, sentenced to 6 months in the House of Correction, with 30 days to be served, balance suspended for 18 months, ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to submit to random drug tests, to attend the Brains at Risk program, and to pay $50 victim witness fee; leaving an accident scene after property damage and driving negligently, placed on probation for 18 months, $250 head injury fee; and failing to drive in the right lane, found responsible, filed.
