Judge James R. Lemire

Anselmo Gonzales, 47, of 8 Heath St., Worcester, was charged with purchasing a firearm for another, improperly storing a firearm, and two counts of being an accessory after the fact of a crime.

The charges were continued without a finding for a year. As a condition of probation, he was ordered to pay a $50 monthly probation fee.

Jose Lora, 19, of 8 Second St., Worcester, was charged with three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon (firearm), malicious destruction of property over $250, carrying a firearm with ammunition, three counts of firearm violation with one prior violent or drug crime, and carrying a firearm without a license (second offense). The charges were nol prossed. A nol pros or nolle prosequi is a court filing reflecting a prosecutor's decision not to proceed with a criminal case after charges have been brought.

Adrier Ortiz, 26, of 108 Illinois St., Worcester, charged with two counts of driving with a suspended license, fined $1,125, $50 victim witness fee; vehicle equipment violation, found responsible, filed; having no inspection sticker on a vehicle, found not responsible; and license plate violation to conceal ID, dismissed.

Derek Hickey, 33, of 34 Greenwood St., Worcester, charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, sentenced to 1 year in the House of Correction, to run concurrent with another sentence now being served; trespassing, filed with a guilty finding; and disturbing the peace, dismissed.

Jayce M. Bonet, 29, of 41 Westminster St., Worcester, charged with possession of a class E substance, possession of lorazepam, and possession of a class C substance, sentenced to three concurrent terms of 30 days in the House of Correction; and possession of cocaine, dismissed.

Ricardo Madera, 47, of 20 Gates St., Worcester, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent and driving with a suspended license, continued without a finding for 1 year, ordered to attend a driver alcohol-education program, 45 days' license loss, $250 state fee, $250 head injury fee, $50 victim assessment fee, $50 victim witness fee, can perform community service in lieu of fees wherever possible; marked lanes violation and speeding, found not responsible.
