Joey Berry, 19, of 87 Park Ave., Worcester, was sentenced to 21/2 years in the House of Correction, with 18 months to be served, after pleading guilty to carrying a firearm without a license. The balance of the sentence was suspended for 2 years with probation. He was placed on two concurrent terms of 2 years probation, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of ammunition without a firearm ID card. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to remain drug-free, to undergo a substance abuse evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, and to pay a $150 drug fee, $90 victim witness fee, and $65 monthly probation fee. A charge of delivering drugs to a prisoner was dismissed.

Pedro Connors, 25, of 60 Chatham St., Worcester, was sentenced to three concurrent terms of 31/2 years to 31/2 years and one day in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to three counts of distribution of cocaine (subsequent offense).

Jeremy E. Bonds, 34, of 7 Vinton St., Worcester, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 2 to 3 years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony. The sentence is to run forthwith and not withstanding any other sentences now being served. He was placed on two concurrent terms of 2 years probation, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to two counts of larceny from a building. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to remain drug-free, to undergo substance abuse and mental health evaluations with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, to take medications as prescribed, to have no direct or indirect contact with and to stay away from the victims, and to pay $1,000 restitution at $65 per month, a $90 victim witness fee, and a $65 monthly probation fee.

Andy Delgado, 26, of 69 West St., Worcester, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 1 year in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to possession of heroin with intent to distribute, amended from trafficking in heroin, morphine or opium, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, amended from trafficking in cocaine. Two counts of drug violation near a school or park were dismissed.
