Michael McGann, 23, of 10 Hemans St., Worcester, was sentenced to 4 years to 4 years and a day in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to making a bomb/hijack threat. The sentence is to run forthwith and not withstanding any other sentences now being served. He was placed on probation for 3 years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to armed robbery (gun). The charge was amended from armed and masked robbery (gun). As conditions of probation, he was ordered to stay away and have no contact with the victim and Unibank, to undergo substance abuse and mental health evaluations with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, and not to possess weapons.

Diane M. Tetreault, 60, of 1006 Main St., Worcester, charged with permitting the operation of a vehicle by an unlicensed or suspended driver, dismissed, $100 costs.

Leonel Ventura, 40, of 701 Main St., Worcester, charged with possession of heroin, sentenced to 6 months in the House of Correction; and trespassing, filed with a guilty finding.

James M. Berry, 31, of 22 Falmouth St., Worcester, charged with intimidation of a witness and larceny over $250, dismissed.

Jesus Robinson, 18, of 115 Eastern Ave., Worcester, charged with trespassing, continued without a finding for 6 months, $50 victim witness fee; and carrying a dangerous weapon (spring-loaded knife), dismissed.

Luis Santiago Ayala, 27, of 46 Coral St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license, dismissed, $150 costs; license not in possession and breakdown lane violation, found not responsible.
