Nicholas P. Cohen, 35, of Fall River, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 8 to 10 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to unarmed robbery and larceny of a drug. The sentences are to run forthwith and not withstanding any other sentences now being served. A charge of trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium was dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.

Victor Santana, 46, of 94 Gates St., Worcester, charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (subsequent offense) and drug violation near a school or park, continued to Nov. 22 on $25,000 cash bail.
