Baker Jr., 32, of 17 Chandler St., Worcester, charged with assault with a dangerous weapon (broom handle), assault, and aggravated assault and battery, sentenced to three concurrent terms of 1 year in the House of Correction, with 80 days to be served, balance suspended for 1 year, ordered to attend a batterers' program, to undergo substance abuse and mental health evaluations with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to stay 100 yards away from the victim, and to pay $90 victim witness fee; violation of an abuse prevention order, placed on probation for 1 year; assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon (cigarette lighter), dismissed.

Julian A. Montgomery, 22, of 55 East Central St., Worcester, charged with driving an uninsured vehicle, dismissed, $50 costs; driving with a suspended registration, dismissed, $100 costs; and having no inspection sticker on a vehicle, dismissed.

Shamel Smith, 17, of 1 Draper St., Worcester, charged with breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor, amended from breaking and entering into a vehicle or boat in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, continued without a finding for 3 months, $50 victim witness fee; and breaking and entering into a vehicle or boat in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, dismissed.
