Harry D. Andrews, 51, of 6 Wildrose St., Oxford, was sentenced to seven concurrent terms of 5 to 7 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to four counts of rape of a child, amended from four counts of rape and abuse of a child aggravated by age difference, and three counts of indecent assault and battery on a child, amended from three counts of indecent assault and battery of a child by certain previous convicted offenders. He was placed on probation for 5 years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to incest. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to submit to GPS monitoring, to have no contact and to stay away from the victim, to register as a sex offender and to undergo sex offender treatment as recommended by the Probation Department, and to pay $90 victim witness fee and $65 probation fee. Two counts of statutory rape of a child and three counts of indecent assault and battery on a child by certain previous convicted offenders were dismissed.

Dupont, 37, of 8 Lincoln Ave., Millbury, charged with larceny under $250, amended from larceny over $250, sentenced to 60 days in the House of Correction, concurrent with another sentence now being served; driving with a suspended license, sentenced to a concurrent term of 10 days in the House of Correction; and assault and battery, dismissed without prejudice.

Dean P. Woodfin, 37, of 4 Garfield Ave., Shrewsbury, charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and state highway traffic violation, continued to March 10 on $500 cash bail; driving with a suspended license and stop sign violation, continued to March 10.

Lance D. Deboise, 27, of 13 Winthrop St., Worcester, charged with two counts of assault and battery, continued to Feb. 26.

David E. Nordstrom Jr., 43, of 31 Westminster St., Worcester, charged with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (laptop, beer can), continued to March 10.

Tuan A. Huynh, 29, of 42 Freeland St., Worcester, charged with shoplifting (third offense), continued to Feb. 21 on $250 cash bail.

Kelly L. Stevens, 31, of 166 New Boston Road, Sturbridge, charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (knife), continued to March 12.

Paul E. Gaedt, 46, of 2 Mendon St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, continued to March 10.

Sean M. Moodie, 29, of 118 Sterling St., Worcester, charged with being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant, continued to Feb. 21 on $5,000 cash bail.
