Jimmy Senatus, 30, of 17 Marcy St., Southbridge, was found not guilty of trafficking in cocaine after a jury trial. A charge of drug violation near a school or park was dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.

Edward T. Jones, 49, of the Middlesex County Jail, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 8 to 9 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and possession of burglary tools. He was sentenced to a concurrent term of 4 to 5 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to larceny from a building.

Schreiber, 65, of 14 May St., Worcester, charged with indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over, placed on probation for 5 years, ordered to stay away and have no contact with the victim, to undergo a mental health evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to attend a sex offender program within 60 days, not to view pornography on cellphone or Internet, to take all prescribed medications, and to submit to GPS monitoring.

Randy L. Carr, 29, of 279 Grafton St., Worcester, charged with aggravated assault and battery, sentenced to 18 months in the House of Correction, with 30 days to be served, balance suspended for 18 months; threatening to commit a crime (to murder), sentenced to a concurrent term of 30 days in the House of Correction; intimidation of a witness, sentenced to 21/2 years in the House of Correction, suspended for 21/2 years, to begin upon his release from the first sentence, ordered to stay away and have no contact with the victim, to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to submit to random drug tests, to undergo substance abuse and mental health evaluations with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, and to pay $90 victim witness fee; driving with a suspended license, found responsible, fined $100; driving an uninsured vehicle and driving with a suspended registration, dismissed.
