Carlos Roman, 24, of 51 Stanton St., Worcester, was sentenced to six concurrent terms of 2 years to 2 years and a day in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to three counts of breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and three counts of larceny from a building. He was placed on three concurrent terms of 2 years' probation, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to carrying a dangerous weapon the weapon was not listed in the file, possession of burglary tools, and resisting arrest. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to remain drug-free, to undergo a substance abuse evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, to stay away and have no contact with the victims, and to pay $1,500 restitution, $90 victim witness fee and $65 probation fee.
Angelo Gonzalez, 31, of 23 Kendall St., Worcester, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 9 months in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to assault and battery to collect a loan and malicious destruction of property under $250. He was placed on probation for 18 months after pleading guilty to intimidation of a witness. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to enter and complete the Wiser program, to submit to GPS monitoring, and to pay $65 monthly probation fee.
