Brian P. Laskowski, 36, of 78 Ward St., Worcester, was sentenced to three concurrent terms of 2 years in the House of Correction, after pleading guilty to breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, larceny from a building, and receiving stolen property over $250. The sentence was suspended for 3 years with probation. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to remain drug-free, to undergo a substance abuse evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, to stay away and have no contact with the victim, and to pay $150 legal counsel fee, $90 victim witness fee, $65 monthly probation fee.

Jose P. Suarez, 46, of 701 Main St., Worcester, was sentenced to 1 to 3 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. The charge was amended from trafficking in cocaine. He was ordered to pay $150 drug fee, $90 victim witness fee.
Abdel O. Espinal-Borrea, 19, of 139 Cambridge St., Worcester, was sentenced to seven concurrent terms of 5 years' probation after pleading guilty to three counts of armed robbery, unarmed burglary, amended from armed burglary, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to remain drug-free, to undergo a substance abuse evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, no gang affiliations, no guns, parts of guns, or ammunition, to complete 500 hours of community service, and to pay $150 legal counsel fee, $90 victim witness fee, $65 probation fee. A charge of home invasion was dismissed.

Ismail M. Abdelhamad, 22, of 69 East Mountain St., Worcester, charged with two counts of driving with a suspended license, dismissed, $200 costs; license plate violation, marked lanes violation, and vehicle equipment violation, found not responsible.
Nivaldo L. Leal, 41, of Seekonk, charged with driving with a suspended license, dismissed, $200 costs; failing to stop or yield, found responsible, fined $100; and driving unsafely, found not responsible.
Eric M. Dumaine, 20, of Glendale, R.I., charged with possession of hashish, dismissed, $250 costs.
