Keith Nason, 44, of the Worcester County Jail and House of Correction, West Boylston, was sentenced to six concurrent terms of 2 to 3 years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to three counts of breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and three counts of larceny from a building. The sentence is to run forthwith and not withstanding any other sentences now being served. He was placed on two concurrent terms of 3 years probation, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny from a building. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to remain drug-free, to undergo mental health and substance abuse evaluations with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, to stay away and have no contact with the victim, and to pay restitution amount to be determined, $65 probation fee.

Karol Milewski, 37, of 20 Spofford Road, Worcester, charged with having no inspection sticker on a vehicle, found responsible, fined $50; and driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), dismissed.

Brandon Caraballo, 29, of 10 Stearns St., Worcester, charged with malicious destruction of property over $250, two counts of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (wall), larceny over $250, and threatening to commit a crime (to murder), continued to June 11.

Charles Harris Jr., 52, of 13 Waverly St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), dismissed, $100 costs; driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), amended from driving with a suspended license, dismissed, $100 costs; failing to stop or yield and vehicle equipment violation, found not responsible.
