Bradley Ford, 59, of Norfolk, was sentenced to three concurrent terms of 5 to 8 years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, unarmed burglary, and possession of burglary tools. He was sentenced to a concurrent term of 3 to 5 years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to larceny from a building. He was sentenced to a concurrent term of 2 years in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to assault and battery. Four counts of being a habitual criminal were dismissed.

Luiz Queiroz, 64, of 151 Hartford Turnpike, Shrewsbury, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent, continued without a finding for 1 year, ordered to attend a driver alcohol education program, 45 days license loss, $250 state fee, $250 head injury fee, $50 victim assessment fee, $50 victim witness fee; and marked lanes violation, found responsible, fined $50.

Sean C. Barrett, 34, of 53 Raymond St., Worcester, charged with failing to register as a sex offender and failing to register as a sex offender (level 2 or 3), sentenced to two concurrent terms of 18 months in the House of Correction, suspended for 18 months with probation, ordered to remain in SORB compliance; and failing to register as a sex offender (level 2 or 3), dismissed.
