Blais, 40, of 10 Raymond St., Millbury, charged with using a vehicle without authority, sentenced to 6 months in the House of Correction, suspended for 1 year; assault and battery and two counts of larceny over $250, placed on probation for 1 year, ordered to stay away from 10 Raymond St., Millbury, and to pay $90 victim witness fee and assault, dismissed.

Ray A. Figueroa Jr., 23, of 39 Gibbs St., Worcester, charged with violation of an abuse prevention order, two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon (knife), and threatening to commit a crime (to murder), continued without a finding for 18 months, ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to submit to random drug tests, to stay away and have no contact with the victims, and not to abuse the victim; resisting arrest, dismissed without prejudice; and aggravated assault and battery, dismissed.

Nathan V. Russell, 35, of 39 Birch St., Worcester, charged with three counts of violation of an abuse prevention order, placed on probation for 1 year, ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to attend a batterers' program, to abide by a restraining order and to complete the Passengers program; assault, threatening to commit a crime (spit in face), and disorderly conduct, filed with a guilty finding.

Derick M. Johnson, 35, of 25 Horseshoe Drive, Auburn, charged with leaving an accident scene after property damage and driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), filed with a guilty finding.

Ryan Clarke, 23, of 105 Grant St., Gardner, charged with driving with a suspended license, dismissed, $150 costs; and vehicle lights violation, found not responsible.

Julio Torres, 41, of 38 Upland Gardens Drive, Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license, sentenced to 10 days in the House of Correction, to begin upon his release from other sentences now being served.

Kevin V. Pham, 19, of 16 Maighans Way, Leicester, charged with larceny over $250 by a single scheme, dismissed without prejudice.

Chasity M. Nunez, 18, of 63 Orient St., Worcester, charged with driving without a license, malicious destruction of property over $250, and leaving an accident scene after property damage, dismissed without prejudice.

Sarmd Barrak, 21, of 48 Jaques Ave., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license, dismissed, $100 costs; having no inspection sticker on a vehicle and driving an unregistered vehicle, found not responsible; and driving an uninsured vehicle, dismissed.

Samuel Campanale, 24, of 96 Ward St., Worcester, charged with receiving stolen property over $250, continued without a plea or finding and placed on pretrial probation for 6 months.

Ronald Follins Jr., 23, of 71 Keystone Drive, Leominster, charged with disturbing the peace, found responsible, fined $50; resisting arrest, found responsible, fined $50; and trespassing, dismissed.
