Samuel Lebron, 35, of Goffstown, N.H., was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 3 years to 3 years and a day in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to two counts of possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute, amended from two counts of trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium. Charges of driving without a license and giving a false name or Social Security number to police were dismissed.

Kelvin Mojica-Rivera, 27, of 3 Fairfax Road, Worcester, was sentenced to 6 to 8 years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to trafficking in cocaine. A charge of giving a false name or Social Security number to police was filed after a guilty plea.

Jeffrey Smith, 24, of Hyde Park, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 6 years to 6 years and a day in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to two counts of armed and masked robbery. The sentence is to run concurrent with any other sentences now being served.

Benjamin S. Russin, 23, of 32 Pleasant St., West Warren, charged with possession of cocaine, dismissed, $300 costs.

Jesus E. Caban, 25, of 7 Bancroft St., Worcester, charged with two counts of driving with a suspended license, continued without a finding for 3 months, $100 victim witness fee; having no inspection sticker on a vehicle, failing to wear a seat belt, driving improperly, and driving a vehicle with modified height, found not responsible.

Abel Adan Lozano-Carcamo, 30, of Framingham, charged with driving without a license, found responsible, fined $100.

David W. Larose, 57, of 7 Highland Ave., Millbury, charged with assault and battery, dismissed.

Andrew R. Mullen, 32, of 183 Pleasant St., Berlin, charged with drunken driving or .08 percent, continued without a finding for 1 year, ordered to attend a driver alcohol education program, 45 days license loss, $250 state fee, $250 head injury fee, $50 victim assessment fee, $50 victim witness fee; possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, found responsible, filed; and child endangerment while driving drunk, dismissed.

David E. Cloutier, 57, of 557 Southwest Cutoff, Worcester, charged with assault and battery, dismissed.

Heriberto Marrero, 29, of 43 West Street Terrace, Lunenburg, charged with assault and battery on a police officer, fined $250, $150 bar advocate fee, $50 victim witness fee; disorderly conduct, found responsible, fined $150; and disturbing the peace, dismissed.
