Maria I. Rodriguez, 41, of 21 Electric St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license, dismissed, $100 costs; and assault and battery on a family/household member, continued to Oct. 1.

Wilfredo Pagan-Rivera, 30, of 26 Florence St., Worcester, charged with being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant, continued to Sept. 4 on $5,000 cash bail; trafficking in heroin, morphine, or opium and conspiracy to violate a drug law, continued to Sept. 4 on $15,000 cash bail.

Luis A. Collazo, 38, of 43 Sigel St., Worcester, charged with being present where heroin is kept and conspiracy to violate a drug law, continued to Nov. 14, held without bail; trafficking in heroin, morphine, or opium and conspiracy to violate a drug law, continued to Sept. 4 on $5,000 cash bail.

Miguel L. Rosario, 54, of 59 Barclay St., Worcester, charged with vandalizing property, continued to Oct. 14.

Gayle A. Price, 56, of 16 View St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended registration, nol prossed. A nol pros, or nolle prosequi, is a court filing reflecting a prosecutor's decision not to proceed with a criminal case after charges have been brought.

Robert P. Cronkhite, 46, of 328 Greenwood St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery on a family/household member, continued to Oct. 3 on $500 cash bail.

Christina Baril, 28, of 9 Intervale Road, Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license, dismissed, $100 costs; and state highway traffic violation, found responsible, fined $20.

Daniel Hernandez, 35, of 4 Shannon St., Worcester, charged with driving without a license, found responsible, fined $300; and failing to use care when stopping, found responsible, fined $50.

Robert J. Mason Jr., 50, of 151 Hartford Turnpike, Shrewsbury, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent (second offense), marked lanes violation, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, continued to Oct. 7.

Richard Golenski, 44, of 35 Oxford Ave., Dudley, charged with driving with a suspended license, dismissed, $200 costs; and having no inspection sticker on a vehicle, found not responsible.
