Adam Thurlow, 31, of 3 Castaldi Drive, Boylston, charged with assault and battery on a family/household member and strangulation or suffocation, dismissed.

Gabriel, 62, of 12 Heritage Lane, Leominster, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent (second offense), amended from driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent, placed on probation for 3 years, ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to submit to random drug tests, to attend a driver alcohol education program, to attend at least three AA meetings per week, and to have an intoxilyzer installed on any vehicle, 2 years license loss, $250 head injury fee, $50 victim assessment fee, $50 victim witness fee; driving without a license, filed with a guilty finding; and speeding, found responsible, filed.
