Williams, 32, of 541 Park Ave., Worcester, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 3 to 4 years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, amended from possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (subsequent offense), and possession of heroin with intent to distribute, amended from possession of heroin with intent to distribute (subsequent offense). The sentence is to run forthwith and not withstanding any other sentences now being served. A charge of distribution of cocaine (subsequent offense) was dismissed.

Victor Berrios, 56, of 134 Elm St., Fitchburg, was placed on three concurrent terms of 1 year probation after pleading guilty to improperly storing a firearm and two counts of possession of a firearm without a firearm ID card. He was ordered to pay $150 legal counsel fee, $50 victim witness fee. Charges of trafficking in heroin, morphine, or opium, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of a class C substance with intent to distribute, and three counts of drug violation near a school or park were dismissed.

Patrick D. Thompson, 56, of 296 Leicester St., Auburn, charged with sexual conduct for a fee, continued to April 14.
