Judge Janet Kenton-Walker

Dominique Greer, 19, of 15 Williamsburg Drive, Worcester, was placed on probation for 5 years after pleading guilty to larceny from a person. The charge was amended from armed robbery (gun). As conditions of probation, he was ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to remain employed full time or in school, to stay away from and have no contact with the victim, and to pay $90 victim witness fee, $65 monthly probation fee.

Judge William F. Sullivan

Jose Ortwein, 38, of Keene, N.H., was sentenced to four concurrent terms of 3 to 4 years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to carrying a firearm without a license, possession of a firearm while not at home or work with one prior offense, amended from firearm violation with three prior violent/drug crimes, possession of ammunition without a firearm ID card, and possession of ammunition without a firearm ID card with one prior offense, amended from firearm violation with three prior violent/drug crimes. A charge of carrying a firearm with ammunition without a firearm ID card was dismissed.

Benjamin J. Acampora, 26, of 49 Barclay St., Worcester, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 3 years to 3 years and a day in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to unarmed burglary and larceny from a building.
